School Success S.M.A.R.T. Goals

As a part of the Humberview Secondary School school success plan, we have four specific S.M.A.R.T. goals that have been developed from meeting with all members of our school community.  What does the acronym S.M.A.R.T. stand for? 

S -pecific & Strategic
M -easurable
A -ttainable
R -esults Oriented
T -ime Bound

By following these attributes here are the four goals we a currently focussed on:

1. Improve OSSLT Success Rate by 2%
2. Increase the number of students with 16 credits by 16 years of age.
3. Increase numeracy across the curriculum.
4. Reduce non-school related absences.
